There were some issues with the access to the hotel, as guests had to rely on staff assistance to unlock the front door each time they wanted to enter. This could be inconvenient, especially when returning late at night and having to wait for someone to open the door.

The rooftop pool view, accommodating staff, perfect location near plaza and center city, short walk to Castillo, will stay again.
