The hotel is located in the heart of a lively and cultural neighborhood, allowing me to experience the real charm of the area. The staff were friendly and provided exceptional service, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were beautifully decorated and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the hotel's design and furnishings added to the overall charm and ambiance of the place. Moreover, the breakfast menu offered a variety of delicious options, including different types of fresh fruit juices each day, which was a delightful touch.

The hotel is conveniently located in Getsemani, just a short walk to the center city and excellent restaurants. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, and the facilities, including the small swimming pool, are well-maintained. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming, and the breakfasts are delicious and cooked to order.

Nothing, no complaints at all. Everything exceeded our expectations.

Our stay at Casa Santa Ana Hotel Boutique was worth every penny. The room was cozy and comfortable, and we had a beautiful view from the rooftop pool. The location was perfect, with lively bars and restaurants just a short walk away. The staff treated us like VIPs, especially Maria Jose, who made us feel welcome and helped us navigate the area.

The breakfast experience could be improved by offering a wider variety of pastries.

The hotel's location in the heart of Getsemani is simply perfect. Being within a rooted-historical neighborhood allowed me to truly experience the authentic essence of Cartagena. The area is filled with great restaurants and bars, making it easy to explore and immerse myself in the local culture.

Everything was great, I have no complaints.

    Very good

The location of the hotel is great, as it is very close to Plaza de la Trinidad, which is a lively square where you can relax and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. It is also easy to walk to the center city, allowing for convenient exploration of the city's attractions. Additionally, the rooms are beautifully decorated and equipped with AC and a fan, ensuring a comfortable stay.

There were some issues with the access to the hotel, as guests had to rely on staff assistance to unlock the front door each time they wanted to enter. This could be inconvenient, especially when returning late at night and having to wait for someone to open the door.

The rooftop pool view, accommodating staff, perfect location near plaza and center city, short walk to Castillo, will stay again.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
